About Brian Gottlieb
Transforming start-ups into billion-dollar businesses not only for profit, but the betterment of communities.
Inspiring Leadership, Consistent Execution
Brian Gottlieb is an inspirational business leader who founded a home services business in 2009 on a plastic folding table with $3,000. Twelve years later when he sold the family of businesses he created, they had diversified products, expanded across multiple states, grown to 600 employees, and neared $1 billion in lifetime sales. INC 5000 recognized the organization as one of the fastest-growing companies in America.
Brian’s leadership principles are simple: Have a well-defined strategy, empower your teams,
provide world-class training, and consistently execute with purpose and direction. This clarity of
focus created a meaningful culture, making his company the best place to work in the state.
Brian’s work goes beyond the hammer (literally). His work was not just about improving the homes of
his customers but also about enhancing his community. Brian founded “Baths for the Brave” and
“Windows for a Cause” in order to serve and enrich those who deserve a better life.
“Baths for the Brave” is a national program that provides free, safer shower systems for veterans
who struggle with mobility.
“Windows for a Cause” took old replacement windows destined for landfills from homes being
renovated. Instead of discarding them, he decided to “do good” with the old windows by giving the
old sashes to local artists and asking them to turn them into art pieces. Once a year, the window art
pieces were displayed in a public setting and auctioned off. The money raised went to help someone in the community.
A Harvard Business School executive education alumnus, Brian is an active angel investor, board member, and keynote speaker who inspires businesses and individuals to reach their utmost potential.
